  • Authentication: AWS Cognito handles all credentials; passwords never stored in plain text
  • Session Management: Secure JWT-based tokens via AWS Cognito
  • Data Encryption: TLS/SSL for all data transmission
  • Access Controls: Role-based permissions (Admin, Manager, Driver, Customer)

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

Important: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

The JERK Tracker X is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately and we will delete such information.

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our web application uses session cookies to maintain your login session, preference cookies to remember your settings, and local storage for offline functionality and caching. Our mobile app uses local storage and session tokens for secure authentication.
